JOIN Case & Document (JZD) is the complete solution for structured storage, providing access, editing and sharing of (documentary) digital information. The flexible and comprehensive configuration enables both small and large organizations to digitally optimize their information processes. Within (local) government, JOIN Zaak & Document is mainly used as a case system. Outside of the government, the Document Management function is mainly used. By using, for example, workflow functionality, it is possible to fully digitize complex processes.

JOIN’s Case System allows you to run all your processes more efficiently, faster and more transparently. Outside information can also be easily stored and reliably managed in our cloud-based complete solution. Whether you use JOIN to work in a case-oriented way or you use it as a document management system: everyone can find the information quickly and is therefore optimally involved.

By working together in one online system, you can handle your cases 30% faster. You achieve this by managing tasks together, going through processes largely digitally and consulting each other online. In addition, JOIN helps you to answer customer questions quickly, because the current status of a case or file is always readily available to everyone.
¶ Management reports
JOIN Case & Document also generates clear management reports within the case system. Think, for example, of reports of outstanding and completed cases, lead times and recalls. Overviews can be created at the level of case type, department, and organization.
¶ Available both as Cloud and on premise solution
JOIN Case & Document is available both on premise and as a Cloud solution. If you choose the Cloud solution, you’ll always be working with the latest version and you won’t have to worry about updates and other management issues. In addition, all your data is stored securely in a Dutch cloud environment and has the right security certificates.
¶ Work more efficiently with other systems
JOIN’s case system can be linked to a variety of applications, so you can work better with other departments – both inside and outside your organization. Within JOIN, all the necessary components are seamlessly integrated with each other. Everyone always has the same information, which allows you to work more efficiently.
JOIN Case & Document offers a multitude of integration opportunities. For example, import functions based on XML import (for processing large amounts of information), integrations with meeting software and branding applications, but also it is possible to connect to the StUF Suite. At present, the integration possibilities are further expanded by the development of a very modern Rest API.
¶ JOIN As a certified filing system: NEN-ISO 16175
JOIN Zaak & Document has been certified for NEN-ISO 16175 (successor of NEN-2082) since 2021. NEN-ISO 16175 is an international standard. ¶ Work with JOIN on the smartphone
Starting in October 2018, JOIN will also be available as an app in Apple and Android stores. JOIN Mobile is a fast and easy-to-use app to handle tasks and work with colleagues on all kinds of cases and documents stored in JOIN Case& Document: JOIN Mobile.
