¶ Logging into the system
To access JOIN Case & Document you must enter a username and a valid password on the home screen. After you have entered the correct username and password, click on LOG IN. You are now logged into the system and are in the portal. Automatic login (better known as “Single Sign On (SSO)” is supported until July 1, 2020 (in combination with Internet Explorer 11) Because we will end support for Internet Explorer 11 from this date, we only support SSO in combination with ADFS (in Chrome and MS Edge browsers).
Please note: Internet Explorer 11 en Edge Legacy are not supported by Decos
If you enter an incorrect name or password, the application will give an error. Please try again or contact your application manager.
