¶ JOIN - E-Learning
JOIN Case & Document has a fully integrated solution for training and onboarding your users. In collaboration with the E-learning specialist “Userlane” we introduce JOIN E-Learning.
JOIN E-learning is currently only available for JOIN Case & Document.
¶ How does it work?
For this module you need a valid JOIN E-Learning license. If you have this license, you can enable the E-learning function for your users in the JOIN Config Editor (Userlane Elearning Enabled = TRUE). This is a global setting, so you cannot set per user whether the function may be used.
With JOIN E-learning we offer your users tailor-made training. After all, your system is also tailor-made for your organization. Our E-learning consultants therefore visit you to set up the training courses together with you.
Once the training courses have been set up, your users can immediately start the training sessions. At the bottom left of JOIN you will find the E-learning assistant that guides you through the application.
