This is a so-called minor release in which new functionalities are also included for the various modules (Case & Document, Integrations and JOIN Customer Contact) and released March 24, 2023 (with the exception of JOIN Customer Contact, which was released on March 29, 2023)

Zip code update: As of version 2021.3, no zip code update will be released. From now on, the postal codes will be updated every day on the basis of the Land Registry BAG-Extract (part of the BAG-API / BAG 2.0).
We recommend that you install the latest hotfix or have it installed. If you are using Azure KS, Decos will install the hotfix. In this case, a hotfix also automatically includes the actions that are included in the preceding hotfixes. For non-Azure KS environments, this depends on the components that are included in the hotfix.
If the sender’s email address is already known in JOIN Case & Document, the address associated with it is automatically included in the document registration in JOIN. This is not always desirable, because an e-mail may have been forwarded (to a registration department, for example) and therefore the e-mail address of the sender no longer corresponds to the actual sender of the original e-mail.
To prevent this, we are introducing a new function with which this can be adjusted (optionally desired):
in the configuration page in JOIN Admin we introduce a new function “always ask before linking an address”:
This setting is turned off by default. If this is checked, when recognizing an e-mail address, the corresponding address will never be automatically linked, but always after confirmation by the user. We do not distinguish between multiple addresses that are found or only 1 address:

In recent times, we have received several reports from customers that the application crashes when large audit reports are printed. Not only does a large audit report (many audit types and a large date range) lead to pressure on the memory usage of the application, the browser also cannot handle the generation of such a large page.
To prevent these important reports from being printed, we have made the following adjustments:

In version 2023.3, we will release (in beta) a feature to reprocess messages in bulk in the JOIN Integration Administration (JIA). This feature will be further optimized in version 2023.5. Your feedback is welcome!
This function allows you to select the messages in the leftmost column (after making a selection) and press the “reprocess” button. The messages are then relisted in the background.

Refresh numbers on the Dashboard
It is now adjustable when entities such as tasks and social media need to be loaded. Previously, the numbers were updated when a session was terminated or ignored, but that can now also be done when clicking on the dashboard or on the entity in the left menu.

Changes to the link with SDU Find FAQ
Last year we made changes to get the link with SDU Find PDC working again. SDU also made a change to the FAQ, so this link also had to be adjusted. This has now been done and it is again possible to consult frequently asked questions.
