JOIN Case & Document (JZD) is the complete solution for structured storage, providing access, editing and sharing of (documentary) digital information. The flexible and comprehensive configuration enables both small and large organizations to digitally optimize their information processes. Within (local) government, JOIN Zaak & Document is mainly used as a case system. Outside of the government, the Document Management function is mainly used. By using, for example, workflow functionality, it is possible to fully digitize complex processes.
JOIN Now is the successor to JOIN Direct and allows you to integrate your office automation with JOIN Case & Document. For example, by simply storing your e-mail messages, generating letters and reports, and cleaning up your network discs.

JOIN Now consists of a server component and a client component. This client component should be made available to the client PCs in your organization (these can be both thin and thick clients). JOIN Now is part of JOIN Case & Document and will therefore always be released at the same time as this application.

JOIN Scheduling is an optional module within the JOIN Suite. It is an extension of JOIN Case & Document, which makes it possible to create an agenda based on a meeting file and distribute it to connected meeting applications. JOIN Scheduling can be used in combination with administrative decision-making, but can also be used for other types of meetings.

JOIN Case & Document is a central source within the organization for all case and document information. The information in JOIN is even more complete and up-to-date when linked with other applications.
JOIN - admin tool (JOIN Admin) is the Decos Administration Tool with which you as an application manager can make functional changes for JOIN Case & Document. In JOIN Admin the application manager is called an “administrator”.
Within the group of administrators there must be at least one super administrator. This person has full access to the management application. This manual is specifically intended for all administrators.
