With JOIN e-forms it is possible to save answers to questions in a personal profile of a logged-in resident / entrepreneur.
This functionality is only possible in combination with JOIN Citizen Messages (the PIP).
¶ Activate user profile
With the question types text, paragraph, number it is possible to define user profile characteristics.
Activate settings for the question types on user profiles
When you check the box ‘Use data from user profile’ you can then create or select a unique characteristic. These characteristics are stored in a standard table in case types and can therefore be used by all web forms.
When a resident is logged in with DigiD and he / she fills in an information that is part of the user profile, this answer will be remembered for the next time, or when used in other forms.
On the Citizen Message page (PIP) this information is also shown and the resident can change or delete this information.
