¶ Share case type
We would like to encourage customers of JOIN Business Types to share their business types with each other. This ensures that we don’t all reinvent the wheel and can work together. Case types from your list can be shared and you can use shared case types to expand your list. When sharing, a copy is made of the relevant case type. All data is taken over, except for organization-specific data. These are for example Responsible, Handling role and Authorizations.
¶ Import case type
When you import a case type from the shared list, a copy of it is made for your environment. All data is taken over as entered by the originator, except for the organization-specific parts, such as Responsible, Handling role and Authorizations. You will have to supplement this. To import a case type from the shared list, follow these steps:
- Click the white arrow to the right of New Case Type to expand the menu
- Choose Import shared case type
- You can search the list by Name of the case type or name of the organization that published the case type. You will also see the version (s) of the case type that have been made available to you.
- Click on the Name of the case type to view this, you will now see an overview of the data configured for this
- Click BACK to return to the list
- Select the desired case type by clicking on the blank line. This will turn the line blue
Click OK at the bottom right to import this case type to your environment
¶ Disable sharing for case type
Your case types are automatically shared with other Zaaktypen.nl customers upon publication. You can turn this off if it is undesirable. For example, when it is still a test or is a very sensitive case type. This can always be turned on again in a later version. You can indicate per case type whether this case type is ‘Publicly available after publication’. By default this check box is checked.
