123578: simplify the process of forms processing in the case system
We have - to our regret - had to deal with disruptions in the e-forms processing process recently: forms that were not correctly entered into the case system, incorrect feedback and the non-feedback of case characteristics.
We have redeveloped this process so that not only the form processing is faster, but the risk of disruptions is also reduced. With this adjustment, the case reference will be fed back more quickly when submitting the form. We do this, among other things, by not waiting for the PDF of the web form. The download button for the PDF will remain gray until it is available for download. It is therefore possible that the submitter has to wait a little longer for the PDF to become available. Naturally, the submitter will be notified of this.
