In an earlier release we introduced a new method for generating the case type overview. In recent weeks, we have received reports of instability from various customers:
- overviews do not arrive
- overviews do not contain all data, tabs are missing in the excel
We have made a number of adjustments to improve stability. If there is still instability after the update, you can of course report this to our support department. Can you refer to the above promotion in the ticket? Thanks in advance!
