This release of JOIN Case Types is almost entirely devoted to the update for JOIN Decision Making that is planned for the next release of JOIN Case & Document (October 2, version 19.3.627). The following functionalities are added to JOIN Case Types with this update:
105708 - Being able to configure a metadata set per proposal type
This allows a different item profile to be set up for, for example, a college proposal and a council proposal. In JOIN Case Types, a separate registration is created for each metadata set. The metadata set is then linked to the respective proposal types (decision-making document types).
The metadata set results in JOIN Case & Document in a so-called item profile that you can design as you see fit.
106061 - Being able to configure templates per proposal type and be able to configure templates per decision list.
In this way, the layout per PDF (for example, of a proposal, decision and decision list) can be made different.
In the “decision making” section (in JOIN Case types) a menu has been added where the various templates can be configured. Subsequently, these templates are created on the JOIN Case & Document server and can be further formatted. The proposal templates are linked to the respective proposal types, the decision list templates become available in the JOIN screen where the decision lists are generated.
NOTE: both functions can only be used in combination with version 19.3.627 of JOIN Case & Document.
87571 - When a draft case type is deleted, the relationships with related case types are also deleted for the published case type. With a new concept, the relationships are then gone.
100407 - Show the Dutch field descriptions when a case type overview is created with the Dutch language setting
