In addition, I would like to inform you about a new look and feel of JOIN Agenderen that is currently being worked hard on. Below a first “sneak preview” of the new site:
This bug has been identified by one of our customers (ticket 14557) and fixed in this version.
A number of customers have reported problems with the speed of JOIN Scheduling when retrieving documents from JOIN Case & Document and then linking (dragging) the documents and files to the calendar. We believe we have significantly improved the performance of these operations through a change in the underlying structure. The results on our test environment (test.agenderen.nl) have confirmed this. We are therefore also curious whether the performance improvement in the production environment is perceived as such.
We are moving our feedback function to our own support portal (JOIN Support). We do this to respond even faster to the feedback we receive from end users. And in addition, we can also convert feedback directly into action if necessary. If a user (who is not a functional manager) reports a problem, we immediately convert the feedback into a ticket and inform the functional manager.
