NOTE: although Internet Explorer is still supported, agenderen.nl may work less optimally. We therefore recommend EDGE or CHROME.
The new JOIN Agenderen website will be released on February 14, 2020. Below you will find information about the new website. At the moment we are still working hard on the JOIN Agenderen manual. You can find it here: JOIN Agenda Introduction
Number | Freshdesk Ticket | Description (English) | Description |

We have provided JOIN Agenderen with a completely new front. The website has been renewed both technically (we use so-called “angular” technology) and functionally. The main adjustments we have made are:
If you want to know more, go to the website and experience it yourself!

** Introduce the ability to authorize links through the mechanism of user groups and meeting types **
An important extension of JOIN Scheduling is the possibility to set per link to which meetings, agenda items and files a link can access. At present, any link (Notubiz, SIM, iBabs and GemeenteOplossingen) may be limited to the confidentiality level set for the link with all published data.
From January this will work differently: with the option “authorize meetings” you can set that a link can only go to the meetings to which you want to give it access.

You can then select user groups (just as with users) whether the supplier is a member of the user group and thus to which types of meeting the link has access. Finally, under “confidentiality” you can set the level to which the link may retrieve calendars and content from JOIN Agenda:
