Version 2024.11 will be released at the end of November 2024 (target date 29 November 2024). The version will be released by our quality manager when it has successfully passed the following tests:
As soon as the release is available, we will of course inform you about this via a mailing. We will most likely combine the update to version 2024.11 with maintenance work on the infrastructure of the Kubernetes cloud platform.

The schedule applies to every cloud environment (Azure VM and Azure KS). You can read more about this in the following box. With the update, we take into account that you will most likely have limited testing capacity during the holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Eve).
Your acceptance environment will be updated to version 2024.11 on December 9 and 10, 2024**. The work will take place during the day, you should take into account that your acceptance environment will not be available or only available to a limited extent during this period. We advise you to schedule your own test period from Wednesday 11 December 2024.
Your acceptance environment will be available daily from December 9, 2024 to January 2, 2025. Before and after this period, your acceptance environment is disabled by default and can be enabled on request, unless additional agreements have been made about this.
You can test version 2024.11 against your own configuration and interfaces (if applicable). You can register issues with us until Thursday 2 January 2025 at the latest**. We will solve blocking issues in the software and take them into production during the update.
Your production environment will be updated between Friday, January 10, 2025 6:00 PM and Saturday, January 11, 2025 10:00. During this period, your environment will be unavailable for some time. You can assume that the work has been successfully completed. You will not be informed about this additionally. In the event of an unforeseen malfunction, we will inform you by email.
You use the cloud environment of JOIN. At the moment we are still using 2 different techniques (Azure VM and Azure Kubnernetes).
2024, we will migrate all VM environments to Azure Kubernetes. We have informed the customers concerned about this. When all environments have been migrated, this section will be removed from this page.

Support for version 2024.5 will expire 8 weeks after the release of the 2024.11 release (see also our SLA. Because Decos itself determines the date of the rollout, it applies 8 weeks after installing this version on your acceptance environment. The update on production must therefore be carried out by us by 29 February 2024 at the latest. If you want to deviate from the production update, you can submit a request to us. You may be charged for this delayed update.
