This release of the Complete Interface suite includes a number of significant enhancements to the security of all interfaces. In addition, a lot of work has been done to replace what is called the ‘Cleanup tool’. With this tool it is possible to perform a number of maintenance actions on address books linked to StUF-BG. For example, unused address records can be cleaned up and notifications can be sent for single records or the entire collection for placing or removing tracking indications.
To use the Interface management and the interfaces themselves in this release, you must at least use JOIN Case & Document version 6.24.
In addition to a limited number of bug fixes, this new version of Interface management also has two important security improvements. For example, from now on only interface releases signed by Decos can be installed and internal endpoints are now standard protected with an IP restriction. In addition, the login system has also been changed, making it easier for a JOIN administrator to use the interface management.

Due to privacy considerations, the applicant’s surname is no longer included in the case description in this version. If you nevertheless want a custom description for your e-forms, it is possible to link the case description to an extra element that your e-forms application can send along with a custom case description. The advantage of this construction is that you could possibly configure this per form.
Due to an adjustment in the technique used to link to Azure App service, the IP address of the StUF-EF endpoint changes to 40.114.210.78 (this was 23.97.172.127). This change means that the DNS record of the host ‘ef.stufsuite.nl’ will be changed by us. Check with your e-forms supplier whether this affects the correct operation of the link. If your e-forms supplier sends the StUF-EF messages via your own service bus, check with your IT department whether this change has consequences.
