¶ Comments
167425: it occasionally happens that the form has not been processed correctly in the case system: think, for example, of the lack of the document, attachments or the PDF. In that case, Decos Support now has an easy way to correct this. This change is in the admin of citizen messages (this is managed by Decos)
175588: we replace the certificate for DigiD due to changed conditions at Logius
164054: for performance reasons, changes to the eform (which you did from JOIN Case Types) were not immediately released. The addition of /emptycache (for example, https://www.burgerberichten.nl/klant/emptycache) forced the changes to be released.
We are aware that this is not very user-friendly for an administrator who wants to test his changes immediately. Hence, we have now chosen to release the changes when republishing the case type.
171309: from now on, when your organization uses eHerkenning in combination with JOIN Citizen Messages, it is possible to have your customers log in to the PIP with their eHerkenning account. Based on the linked Chamber of Commerce number, items are shown to which an address is linked with this unique characteristic.
The most important changes are in the login screen where multiple options are now shown and where the user can choose the relevant option. If you do not use Eidas or eHerkenning, this function will not be active.
