With Audit data you record all changes within JOIN and JOIN Admin. The creation, modification and deletion of data, as well as all changes in JOIN Admin, are logged. In the Navigation, select Audit Details. Two tabs will appear in the Center.
In the Custom tab, enter the details you want to see in this audit.
To create a new audit overview, check the Create a new audit overview and enter a name for the audit in the field behind it.

If you want to run a previously created audit again, check the Show an existing audit overview. Select an existing audit via the drop-down arrow behind the field.
Indicate the period over which the audit must be performed. Behind the fields Date from and Date to select the correct dates via the calendar button behind the field.

Under User Profiles and / or Users you will find an overview of all available User Profiles and Users. You can check which user profiles or users you want to audit. If you choose a specific user profile, the users who belong to this profile are automatically selected. To select all user profiles or users, place a check mark in front of the bold headings User Profile / Users.

Select the registration types you want to include in the overview by placing a check mark in front of them. If you want to include all types, check the Registration types.

The JOIN Audit Log Monitor detects exceptional patterns in the audit log. In case of abnormal behavior, a message is sent to the administrator.
The following four types of notifications are detected and reported:
When many incorrect login attempts have been made in a given period, a notification will be made in the form below. The minimum number of incorrect login attempts for which a report is made can be set by the user.
If a user with administrator rights changes a user profile (i.e. changes the rights), this will be notified:
For each user, a record is made of how often they normally create, modify, open, delete, etc. When a user performs a certain type of action much more often than usual, a notification will be made:
The degree of exception in which a notification is made can be set in the configutation editor.
When a large number of users search for a single search term, a notification will be made, stating who performed those searches. The minimum number of searching users to which such a notification is made can be set.
