When configuring tags, it is now possible to also configure the explain fields of question and/or answer in the contact session notes.
This option can be found within the configuration of Tags.
Then under Session notes you can choose:
After configuring one of these options (or both), typing the configured keywords in the question explanation and/or the answer explanation will now also cause a tag to appear.
In the example above, the keyword junk in the explanation of the question causes the tag Waste to appear.
