¶ Tasks
The open Tasks are all Tasks that have not yet been completed, but also the points for improvement, saved Sessions, Appointments are visible here.
When the Exclamation Mark is visible, the open task has a High Priority and Low Priority is a blue Down Arrow. A Phone with a Number means the number of callback attempts.

The ability to filter through is at the top right
The following terms are clickable to determine the order:
- Handler
- Type
- Description
- Customer
- Receivedate

Via the Blue drop-down list at the top right 
are the following options:
- Send reminders: This will send users an email referring to their outstanding task.
- Bulk Handling: When there are incorrectly a lot of Tasks open, there is the possibility to handle these Open tasks in Bulk.
- Send to Excel: The user receives a list of open tasks in Excel.
