ΒΆ JOIN Customer Contact Reports
Via Reports there is the possibility to compile your own report.
Follow the steps as indicated in Use:
Select the Period (Week, Month, Quarter) and click on the button [Create Report] to view the report

The following options are possible with the generated Data:
File: Button reports.png
- Print: Here is the choice to select the desired Printer and print the document.
- Open in PDF: The file becomes a PDF file
- Open in Excel: All data is transferred to Excel, with the Raw data there is the possibility to make comparisons in Excel.
- Export Callback Note Report: This report is pre-compiled and specifically focused on the output of the callback notes.
