To access the JKC’s application management, first log in to JKCteam@decos.com. We ensure that you get access to the JOIN Customer Contact Admin.
You will then receive an email where you can create a password.
You can then log in on the following screen:
If you enter an incorrect email address or password, the application will return an error. Then try again. If your organization uses a link with the active directory, you will be automatically logged in to the system when you log in to Windows when the PC starts up. You will not get a registration screen, but you can use the JKC immediately. As an application manager, click on “Application management” in the menu bar at the top right. The management application appears next to JOIN Customer contact.
