If you choose the Configure reports section, you will get an overview of the standard reports set by Decos. you can choose Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly
As the application manager of the JOIN Customer Contact you have the option to determine who within your organization receives a report by e-mail and at what time.
First, click on edit in the top right if you want to adjust parts.
You can design the report by switching components on or off, or by determining periods, you do this in settings - click on Open Configurations
You can base the overview on an Employee or a Department:
You can influence the items marked with a box, these settings also affect the Excel report.
At EmployeeSummary you enter the department from the Active Directory that is filled with the KCC employee.
