It is possible to delete any notification in Fixi. The trash can can be found at the top right of the notification.
If you click on this, you will first receive a pop-up with the question whether you are sure that you want to remove the notification. Click continue if you want the notification removed or cancel if you don’t want it.
If you have deleted the report, the report will still be visible internally. An admin user can then only permanently delete, restore or modify the notification.
Only an admin user can permanently delete or restore a notification.
The notification can no longer be adjusted for a regular user after soft removal.
