If you use Fixi within your organization, you need to log in to access the notifications that have been made. You can log in by clicking on ‘Sign up’ at the top right.
After clicking on this, the following screen will appear:
¶ Log in with a Fixi account
Choose to log in with a Fixi account when you want to log in with your municipality account.
Enter your e-mail address and the password you have received or created and you will be logged in.
¶ Forgot password
Haven’t created a password yet or forgotten your password? Then click on ‘recover password’.
Enter your email address here and you will receive a recovery link at that email address. Then create a new password via the link and then go through the steps mentioned above again.
Note! The recovery link is only valid for 30 minutes!
¶ Sign in via Azure AD
It may be that your organization has purchased a link and that it needs to log in via Azure AD. This uses the login details with which you log in to your computer.
