Most of the columns in Excel speak for themselves. Below we explain the more unclear columns.
In this column it says TRUE or FALSE.
If it says TRUE, the report has been reported with an account
If it says NOT TRUE, the report has not been reported with an account.
If the extra field is used in the main category, you will find the value entered by the reporter here. Think, for example, of a number of a container or light tower.
If the extra field is not used, this column remains empty.
The first change time column shows the time when the report has had a change that is visible to the reporter.
This includes the following changes:
This does not include:
The closed on column shows the time when the notification was given a closed status. This can be a status of Completed, Rejected, or Deleted.
This column shows the service standard set for that category. For example, if it is set that for the category ‘Waste’ there are 5 working days to process the report, then there is a 5 in this column.
If no service standard is set, the column remains empty.
This column indicates whether the service standard has been met or not. If the notification is still open, the column remains empty.
Only in a closed state is TRUE or FALSE added to the column.
At WAAR the report is handled within the standard, at NOT WHERE it is handled outside the standard.
This column shows the service standard set for that category. For example, if it is set that for the category ‘Waste’ a first response must be given within 5 working days, then there is a 5 in this column.
If no service standard is set, the column remains empty.
This column indicates whether the service standard has been met or not. If the notification has not been responded to at all, this column will remain empty.
When responding, TRUE or FALSE is added to the column.
At WAAR there has been a response within the standard, at NOT WHERE there has been a reaction outside the norm.
The application column shows which application made the report. If it says Fixi website, the report was made via the website.
If it says Ionic, the notification has arrived via the app. Via the words IOS and Android you can still see whether the notification was made via an Android device or via an Apple.
The channel column indicates which channel was used to create the notification.
This can be done via website, app (citizen-ios or citizen-android), handling app (handler-android fo handler-ios), telephone, social media channel, desk, etc.

The rating is on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest and 1 being the lowest.

The feedback is a written response to the review.
