Have a Fixi admin create your account, then your role will immediately be set correctly, you will receive the right rights and you will be put in the right team (if necessary) to handle reports.

¶ Create your own account
Do you want to create an account to see all your notifications? Then you can!
Via the app, click on ‘Create account’ on the home screen:
The following screen will then appear:
You fill in your details and press ‘Create account’. You will then receive an email with an activation link (valid for 30 minutes) with which you can activate your account:
After clicking on ‘Activate account’ you can set your password:
With this password you can log in to the Fixi app. When you open the app you can log in via ‘Login’ with the e-mail address and newly created password:
If you create an account yourself, you will see Fixi as a resident sees it
¶ Account setup
When you create an account yourself, you will be listed in the ‘users without a role’ in the management of Fixi. An admin user can customize the role so that you can view and/or handle notifications.
¶ Sign in via Google, Facebook and Apple (iOS only)
Do you have an account from Google, Facebook or Apple and is the email address the same as your Fixi account? Then it is not possible to log in. Logging in is only possible via ‘Log in with Fixi account’
